Loving Brother who is So Loved and will Be Missed

I love Randy and I’m going to miss him so much. He was such a great Brother, Son, Father, Husband, and Friend. Randy was very selfless. He was always worried about others and always doing things for people. Whether it was helping someone with a fence, remodeling a basement, fixing a lawnmower or weedhacker, working on somebody’s car, or the 1000 other things that he did, most of the time at his own expense. Randy loved Jesus, and loved to read the bible and pray. Randy was very dedicated to his family and loved to be with them, they made him so happy. Randy was a great example of Love, Hard work, Selflessness, and service to others. Randy played a huge role in making me into a better person. Randy is the real McCoy. He is Honest and has Integrity and Honor. Even though we can’t see him, I know that he is here with us and we will see him again. I am so Grateful that Randy was in my life and is my Brother.

Randy,

I love you and miss you. I had pancakes on Friday but could only eat 4, a far cry from 15 which was my personal best with you as my pancake eating coach.

My Brother Randy,

The most hard working, loving, motivated man I have ever met.
He takes time out of his busy life to help any one in need at any time.
Family is number one in his book he will be there to support,
surprise and cherish moments with you even if it has been way
too long since you have got in touch.
Loves God and knows him well, has always been strong when
times were tough and reached out a loving hand to others when
they needed it the most.
His laugh brings tears to my eyes, it's one  that causes every one
to giggle along.
I will miss the memories of Christmas and family parties he
planned to keep every one close, playing apples to apples and
laughing about the most random things.
I will miss most of all the leadership that he had, being a role
model that every one strived to be like.
Thank you so much for your love and advice in life and for
being there for me always and forever in my heart.
I love you,
Your sister Rachael.

Obituary

Randall Scott (Randy) Erickson

1963-2014

Randy our beloved husband, Dad, son, brother and friend left us too soon.  Taken unexpectedly by cardiac arrest he has returned to live with our Heavenly Father.  He was born July 30, 1963 in Salt Lake City.   He married his High School sweetheart, Sabrina, on September 30, 1982.   He cherished his four children; Beau, Levi, Brooke and Cassidy, and was so proud of them. His family was his joy, and the center of his world.  Randy was an example of the Christ like quality of love thy neighbor as thyself.  He had talents and felt they were God given for him to help his fellow men, and gave that selfless service to all he could.  He was humble and loving and had a kind word for everyone.   He will be greatly missed.

Randy had a large family that loved him so much!
Randy is survived by his wife of 32 years, Sabrina. He was a devoted father to his children; Beau (Sherida), Levi, Brooke, and Cassidy. His mother Carrene Kidrick. His Siblings Sherrie, Robert, Ryan, and Rachael.  Step-mother Karlene Erickson.
Randy was preceded in death by his father Wilford Paul Erickson and his step-father Robert James Kidrick.
